2025年4月14日，欧洲标准化委员会(CEN)批准了EN 17826：2025《儿童护理用品 - 化学危害 - 要求》 （Child care articles - Chemical hazards - Requirements），标准文本将于近期发布。

根据其标准草案FprEN 17826：2025，该标准拟管控14类儿童护理产品中的7类化学物质：19项元素迁移、3项阻燃剂含量（TCEP、TCPP、TDCP）、苯胺、129项致敏香料含量、甲醛含量、7项多环芳烃（PAHs），以及甲酰胺含量和释放量。

● 安全围栏（Safety barriers）；

● 床护栏（Bedguards）；

● 婴儿背带和儿童背带（Baby carriers and child carriers）；

● 婴儿车（Pushchairs and prams）；

● 手提婴儿床及支架（Carry cots, baby nests and carry cot stands）；

● 浴盆和洗澡用具（Bath tubs and bathing aids）；

● 摇篮和婴儿秋千（Reclined cradles and infant swings）；

● 椅上座椅（Chair mounted seats）；

● 桌边座椅（Table mounted chairs）；

● 自行车儿童座椅（Childs seats for bicycle）；

● 婴儿摇椅（Baby bouncers）；

● 儿童安全带和缰绳（Children's harnesses and reins）；

● 婴儿学步车（Baby walking frames）；

● 换衣台（Changing units）；

标准拟不适用于其他儿童家具、高脚椅（highchairs）、烹饪学习台（learning towers）、安抚奶嘴（soothers）、安抚奶嘴固定器（soother holders）、儿童饮用设备（drinking equipment）、儿童餐具和喂食器具（cutlery and feeding utensils）。
