法规更新摘要：

● 电焊机：对于逆变器类型的电焊机，其适用标准更改为IEC 60974-1。其他类型适用标准为AS 60974.1或者 IEC 60947-6。AS/NZS 60335.1的clause 30.2也是强制要求。同时要求电线和

   插头的功率能够确保电焊机持续工作。过渡期至2027年2月12日。

   Arc Welders ：standards have changed to IEC 60974-1 for inverter types and AS 60974.1 or IEC 60947-6 for other types, AS/NZS 60335.1 clause 30.2 also now required, as well as a 

   requirement the cord and plug are supplied rated for continuous operation current. Transition date is 12 February 2027.

● 带加热装置的热泵式热水器被纳入热水器范畴，其适用标准为AS/NZS 60335.2.40 和 60335.2.21。过渡期至2027年2月12日。

   Heat pump hot water heaters incorporating an element have been added to the water heater definition and require certification to AS/NZS 60335.2.40 and 60335.2.21. Transition date is 

   12 February 2027.

● 不带加热装置的热泵式热水器被定义为Level 2。其适用标准为AS/NZS 60335.2.40。必须在EESS数据库注册。过渡期至2027年2月12日。

   Heat pump hot water heaters without an element are now level 2 and must comply with AS/NZS 60335.2.40 and be registered in the EESS database. Transition date is 12 February 2027.

● EV充电器是Level 3产品。过渡期至2028年2月12日。

   EV Chargers are now level 3. Transition date is 12 February 2028.

● 电池储能系统也被定义为Level 3产品。其认证适用标准为SA TS 5398。过渡期至2028年2月12日。

   Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) are now level 3 and require certification to SA TS 5398. The transition date is 12 February 2028.

● 线缆延申装置被定义为Level 2, 必须满足AS/NZS 3199且在EESS数据库注册。过渡期至2027年2月12日。

   Cord Extension sets are now level 2 and must comply with AS/NZS 3199 and be registered in the EESS database. Transition date for this is 12 February 2027.

● 便携式充电站被定义为Level 3产品，其认证适用标准为AS/NZS 4763。过渡期至2028年2月12日。

   Portable Power Stations are now level 3 and must be certified to AS/NZS 4763. The transition date for this is 12 February 2028.
