2020年10月1日，印度电子信息技术部(MEITY)发布公告，新增7类产品进入CRS强制性注册认证清单。具体为无线麦克风、数码相机、视频摄录机、网络摄像头、智能扬声器、LED产品调光器、蓝牙音箱。该批次产品清单(第五批)的强制执行时间将从正式发布公告6个月后开始，即2021年4月1日起正式开始实施，意味着相关制造商有6个月的时间进行准备和完成CRS注册要求。

1. Wireless microphone  - IS 616:2017

2. Digital Camera  - IS 13252 (Part 1): 2010

3. Video Camera - IS 616:2017

4. Webcam (Finished Product) - IS 616:2017

5. Smart Speakers (with and without Display) -IS 616:2017

6. Dimmers for LED products - IS 60669-2-1: 2008

7. Bluetooth speakers - IS 616:2017

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 1st October, 2020

Addition of product categories to the Schedule of the “Electronics and Information Technology Goods (Requirements for Compulsory Registration) Order, 2012.

S.O. 3429(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by clause 10 (1)(p) of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act., 1986 (63 of 1986) and in pursuance of clause (fa) of the rule 13 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Rules, 1987, the Central Government, hereby includes the following products to the Schedule of the “Electronics and Information Technology Goods (Requirements for Compulsory Registration) Order, 2012, namely”: -

The provisions of “Electronics and Information Technology Goods (Requirements for Compulsory Registration) Order, 2012” shall apply on the product categories added to the schedule of the said Order by virtue of this notification on the expiry of six months from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette.
