泰国工业部依据《工业产品标准法》，于2021年3月2日颁布了一项部级法规。

该法规规定，某些特定的家用冰箱和冰箱冷冻柜，包括带有空气压缩冷却系统的冰箱或冷冻柜，应符合泰国工业标准TIS 2186-2561（2018）的能效要求。本法规依据工业部

于2020年5月29日发布的第5711号公告获得批准。

家用冰箱和冰箱冰柜的强制性泰国工业标准 TIS 2186 – 2561 (2018)，已于 2021 年 8 月 29 日起生效。

This Ministerial Regulation was published by the Thai Ministry of Industry on 2 March 2021, under the authority of the Industrial Product Standards Act.

The Regulation requires that certain household refrigerators and refrigerator-freezers, such as refrigerators/freezers using compressed air cooling system and alternating current meet Thai Industrial Standard TIS 2186 – 2561 (2018) specifying the energy efficiency requirements of said products, and are approved in accordance with the Announcement No. 5711 of the Ministry of Industry dated 29 May 2020.

The standard will be of mandatory application with effect from 29 August 2021.

2021年8月31日，泰国工业部依据《工业产品标准法》，在《皇家公报》发布家用洗衣机的最低能源性能标准（MEPS）《关于将家用洗衣机指定为符合工业标准规定的能效要求的工业产品的部级条例》；

该条例要求家用洗衣机符合泰国家用洗衣机工业标准——能效要求 (TIS 1462-2562 (2019))。该条例将于《皇家公报》公布起180天后（即2022年2月27日起）强制执行。

This Ministerial Regulation was published by the Thai Ministry of Industry on 31 August 2021, under the authority of the Industrial Product Standards Act.

The Regulation primarily requires that clothes washing machines for household use must comply with Industrial Standard TIS 1462-2562 (2019) specifying the energy efficiency requirements of said products, and notified by Announcement No. 5990 on 28 October 2020.

The standard will be mandatory with effect from 27 February 2022.
