强制性能效标准是节能产品政府采购、节能产品所得税优惠的标准依据,也是能效标识制度、能效“领跑者”制度等政策实施的重要技术基础,在推广高效节能产品、促进绿色消费等方面产生了显著效益。

近日,国家市场监管总局以“标准促进可持续发展”为主题召开专题新闻发布会,批准发布了多项重要国家标准,其中包括:


1、商用电磁炉能效等级标准更新(GB 40876-2021)

Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for commercial induction cookers


2021 年 10 月 11 日,中国标准化管理委员会 (SAC) 和中国国家市场监督管理总局 (SAMR) 批准了商用电磁炉能效最低允许值和能效等级标准 (GB 40876-2021),规定了商用电磁炉的能效等级及技术要求、试验计算方法及标准实施。 本标准适用于单个或多个加热单元的电磁灶,其中单个加热单元的额定功率不超过35千瓦,额定电压不超过450伏。 

本标准不适用于家用电磁炉、拟在特殊环境条件下 (如腐蚀环境或易爆环境) 使用的电磁炉、户外电磁炉等。 

本标准自2022年11月1日起实施。


On 11 October 2021, the China Standardization Administration (SAC) and the China State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) approved standard on Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Commercial Induction Cookers.

This standard specifies the energy efficiency rating and technical requirements, test and calculation methods, and implementation of standards for commercial electromagnetic cooktops (hereinafter referred to as “induction cookers”).

This standard applies to induction cooktops with single or multiple heating units, where the rated power of a single heating unit does not exceed 35 kW and the rated voltage does not exceed 450 V.

This standard does not apply to household induction cookers, induction cookers intended to be used under special environmental conditions (such as corrosive environments or environments prone to explosions), outdoor induction cookers, etc.

This standard will enter into force on 1 November 2022.



2、多联空调 (热泵) 机组能效等级标准更新 (GB 21454-2021)

Minimum allowable values of the energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for multi-connected air-condition (heat pump) units


2021年10月11日,中国标准化管理委员会 (SAC) 和中国国家市场监督管理总局 (SAMR) 批准了多联空调 (热泵) 机组能效最低允许值和能效等级标准 (GB 21454-2021)。

本标准适用于风冷或水冷多联空调 (热泵) 机组、低环境温度空气源多联热泵 (空调) 机组。

本标准自 2022年11月1日起实施。


On 11 October 2021, the China Standardization Administration (SAC) and the China State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) approved standard on the minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for multi-connected air-conditioning (heat pump) units.

The standard specifies the maximum allowable values of energy efficiency, energy efficiency grades, and testing method for multi-connected air condition (heat pump) units and low ambient temperature air source multi-connected heat pump (air-conditioning) units.

This standard is applicable to air-cooled or water-cooled multi-connected air-condition (heat pump) units, low ambient temperature air source multi-connected heat pump (air conditioning) units.

This standard will enter into force on 1 November 2022.

 


3、电风扇能效最等级标准更新(GB 12021.9-2021)

Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for electric fans


2021年10月11日,中国标准化管理委员会 (SAC) 和国家市场监督管理总局 (SAMR) 批准了GB 12021.9-2021关于电风扇能效最低允许值和能效等级的标准。

本修订标准自2022年11月1日起实施,取代原版GB 12021.9-2008。


On 11 October 2021, China Standardization Administration (SAC) and the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) approved Standard GB 12021.9-2021 on minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for electric fans.

This revised standard will enter into force on 1 November 2022 and will replace the previous version GB 12021.9-2008.



4、数据中心能效等级标准更新 (GB 40879-2021)

Maximum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for data centers


2021 年 10 月 11 日,中国标准化管理委员会 (SAC) 和中国国家市场监督管理总局 (SAMR) 批准了数据中心能效最大允许值和能效等级标准 (GB 40879-2021),规定数据中心的能效等级和技术要求、统计范围、测试和计算方法。

本标准自2022年11月1日起实施。


On 11 October 2021, the China Standardization Administration (SAC) and the China State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) approved a standard on Maximum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Data Centers.

This standard specifies the energy efficiency rating and technical requirements, statistical scope, testing, and calculation methods of data centers.

This standard is applicable to newly built, renovated and expanded data centers, as well as to individual or modular units of data center buildings that use independent power distribution, air cooling, and electric air-conditioning, for energy consumption measurement, energy efficiency calculation and assessment.

This standard does not apply to edge data centers. Data centers using other non-electric air-conditioning equipment can refer to this standard.

This standard will enter into force on 1 November 2022.
